Neharika was pursuing her college when she met an accident in which her right hand got damaged and did not show any sign of working even after two year of accident she was almost going to decide to leave her dentistry. Since being a daughter of an army man, she never stop fighting and always remain positive in life and did what was required. She was continuously taking opinion of different doctors and surgeons without giving up and at last, she succeeded through her efforts and got the treatment which was required and her hand started working, giving her chance to pursue her all dreams. She is renowned Doctor and Sports women (biker).

Racer : Indian Super Biker
Biking is her passion and hobby. As a biker, she has made her place as the best women biker in India and represented India in Ducati Indian team, Sepang International Circuit (Malaysia) and the Mugello Circuit (Italy). She has won the JK Tyre Superbike Championships for three consecutive years and maintained her winner place against her 40 male participants.
Her top speed is 275 Km/Hr, with which she has dominated the biker world. She was inspired for the sports while her visit to Buddh International Circuit in Noida where she was attracted by the personality of bikers and got inspired to be a biker by herself.
Motivational Speaker
As a motivational speaker, she has delivered two TED Talks, Why Ride & Give each day your everything. She motivate rural women for by sharing her success and motivational story, how she has managed to find a place in male dominating sport.
Family Relation
Neharika is fortunate to have very understanding and supporting family. Her father Sanjiv Yadav, was a fighter pilot in Indian Air Force and now working as a commercial pilot. Her mother Janice Yadav, was car rallyist and supported the dream of Neharika. She has a sister as a sibling.

She is the brand Ambassdor of UNESCO and loves to support in rescuing dogs and looking for person adopting them. She has also adopted four dogs.
She use to organize free dental camps to support under privileged community, treating 15-20 patients per day.
