Tina spent her childhood in Bhopal, her basic education was done in Bhopal.Her parents shifted to Delhi when she was in 7th std after that she started her education from Convent of Jesus & Mary, Delhi school. She completed her graduation from Lady Shri Ram College for women, New Delhi.
She was born to be scholar she was studios child by birth, she completed her 12thstd with 100% in Political Science and history.
She planned to become IAS officer when she was in 11th STD after studying science for three month. Her dedication and consistent efforts towards her goal supported to achieve her goal.

Tina started her preparation for IAS from her 1st year of graduation she enrolled herself in Rau IAS academy for IAS preparation. She followed a strict timetable for her preparation she use to study for approximately 9 hours in a day which she had divided very smartly to cover the full syllabus.
Tina cleared her IAS exam in her first attempt and scored first rank and started her career as Assistant Secretary of ministry of small and medium enterprise of Government of India in 2016 after completing her training.
Her first posting was as assistant collector Amjer, Rajasthan in year 2017 after that she was sub divisional magistrate in Bhilwara Rajasthan in year 2018. She joined as CEO Zila Parishad, Sri Ganganagar in 2020 and in the same year she was appointed as Joint Secretary Finance (Tax) department in Jaipur Rajasthan.
In 2022 she was appointed as District collector and Magistrate of Rajasthan Jaisalmer District.
Tina has requested Rajasthan government to assign her Non-field posting in Jaipur as she is expecting her first baby in September and she wants to go on Maternity leave after her delivery
