Vivrant Sharma is an Indian domestic cricketer from Jammu & Kashmir born on October 30, 1999.His father was a businessman and mother house-maker. He has a brother Vikrant Sharma and a sister Tanvi Sharma. He is a 5ft 9in tall young boy of 23 years known for his aggressive cricketing abilities.
Cricket Career
Vivrant Sharma started playing cricket at a very young age and made his name in Indian domestic cricket very soon. He is known for his aggressive style of playing cricket.
Sharma made his List A debut for Jammu & Kashmir against Saurashtra in the Vijay Hazare Trophy at Kolkata on 21 February 2021. He opened the batting for J&K and scored 66 runs in 82 balls and also took 2 wickets but unfortunately J&K lost the match by 3 wickets.
Vivrant made his T20 debut for J&K against Andhra Pradesh in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at Vadodara on 4 November 2021.
He made his First-Class debut for J&K against Madhya Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy at Jammu on 13 December 2022.

In December 2022 , Vivrant Sharma was for the first time signed by Sunrisers Hyderabad for INR 2.6 Crores which is 13 times of his base price of INR 20 Lakh for the Indian Premier League 2023. He was a net bowler with Sunrisers in 2021-22 IPL on the recommendation by Abdul Samad, where he impressed everyone with his all-round cricketing ability.
Vivrant is coached by Randhir who also trained Abdul Samad and Umran Malik. “A leg-spinner who can bat is a highly valued player in the T20 format. I won’t be surprised if he goes on to play for India.” said coach Randhir.
After the death of Father Sushil Sharma in 2020, his brother Vikrant Sharma took care of the family’s chemical business and dropped his cricket dream. But he always motivated Vivrant to play cricket. Vivrant revealed that what he is today is because of his brother’s support, effort and sacrifice.
